Repairs & rewiring

A repair should address the cause of the fault. For renovation work, it also needs to fit the plans for the rest of the home.

The service

Electrical work that fits the renovation.

Rewiring is easier to plan while access, finishes and furniture are still being discussed. We work through the rooms with you and the other trades, recording where power is needed and which surfaces must be protected. Smaller repairs begin with the fault itself, without assuming the whole installation needs replacing.

What the work covers

  • Describe the issue and arrange the necessary inspection
  • Compare targeted repairs with wider replacement work
  • Plan access, power interruptions and making good

Tell us which rooms are affected, what you have noticed and whether other trades are involved. Do not remove covers or expose wiring to take a photograph.
