What should I include in a quote request?
Tell us the property type, the work you have in mind and any preferred dates. Product specifications and photographs taken without opening electrical equipment can help explain the job.
Can you quote before visiting?
Some work can be discussed from a clear brief. Other jobs need an on-site assessment. The quote should explain what has been checked and which assumptions still need to be confirmed.
What happens if the scope changes?
Ask for the change, its cost and any effect on the schedule in writing before approving additional work.
