Our story

Voltway began with the work that keeps a home running: finding faults, replacing worn fittings and putting right the jobs that had been put off. Being easy to reach mattered as much as arriving with the right tools.

Kitchen refits and house renovations brought us into projects with builders, joiners and designers. We learned to plan the electrical work around the other trades, so a late decision about a socket did not hold up the room.

Home charging and connected controls changed the questions homeowners were asking. We added these services with the same approach: check compatibility, explain the options and leave controls that everyone can use.

Our work now ranges from a single faulty circuit to a complete installation. The scale changes, but the essentials stay the same: a named contact, an agreed scope and a proper walkthrough before we leave.
Our values
Good electrical work is more than the installation. It is turning up prepared, respecting the space and making sure the person living there understands the result.
The right person for the job, with time to explain what they have found and answer the next question.
Know when access is needed, which rooms are affected and how the work fits around the rest of your day.
A written estimate, clear allowances and a conversation before any change adds to the cost.
Switch heights, cable routes and a tidy finish deserve the same attention as the equipment behind them.
Labels, test information and instructions should be useful long after the installation day.
Assess the installation before choosing a solution. Explain what needs attention and why it matters.
Mission & vision

Make electrical work easier to understand and easier to live with. We start with the problem in front of us and explain the choices before the work begins.

Homes that keep working as life changes. A new appliance, an electric car or a different use for a room should fit into a considered installation.
